Judo

I started practicing judo three years ago at the EJM Mauguio Castries club, and it quickly became a major part of my life. I've been able to compete regularly and get involved in volunteering and helping with coaching sessions at the club. Judo has had a strong impact on me both physically and mentally. It has helped me manage my temperament, gain self-confidence, and grow as a person.

It's a passion my mother passed on to me when I was very young. Listening to music has become one of my favorite ways to spend my free time. I enjoy all kinds of genres, but I'm mainly into rock (pretty much every style, especially alternative rock and grunge) and rap, both French and American.
